Shipping policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once you place your order, you will receive a system generated confirmation email. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can manually send it to you.

Orders that contain sea moss gel or natural juices have a 1-3 business day processing time before being shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Products are shipped between Mondays - Wednesdays and sometimes Thursdays depending on location. 

Orders that contain dry products such as raw sea moss or dry herbs have a 1-3 business day processing time before being shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

DISCLAIMER: We strive to ship all gels between Monday and Wednesday each week. We take this precaution to prevent the package from remaining in transit over the weekend and potentially spoiling. 

After your order has been processed and your shipping label has been printed you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been longer than 5 business days, please follow up with us at byis2day@gmail.com.

Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
