RETURNS:

BYIS Beverage, LLC has a 24-hour return policy. Which means you have up to 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. This applies only to Dry Products. BYIS Beverage, LLC does not offer the option to return sea moss gel or any of our natural juices products as they are perishable. In the circumstance that the incorrect address was provided, and your order is returned to us we will reship your order. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to reship your item.  If you have ordered gel or natural juices products, we will give you a partial credit/discount to make another purchase since they are perishable.

REFUNDS:

 Please note that BYIS Beverage, LLC follows a 24-hour return policy for only Dry Products. This means that you have a 24-hour window from the time you receive your item to request a refund. We will provide a return label for your convenience. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the item remains unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the processing will commence, and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to complete processing. The precise processing duration may vary depending on your financial institution's procedures. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over the time it takes for the funds to be reinstated to your account. For additional details, we recommend reaching out to your banking institution.
